Holiday Gift Guide

Just like that the end of the year is here again… So I decided to put together a holiday gift guide for “her” composed of some of my personal faves from the shopping universe.

Beauty For Her

Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lip Set

Currently Sold out online but still available at select Sephora locations.

This set is great for your sister, best friend or coworker that loves matte lipstick. The set comes with nine shades ranging from nude to bright reds and pinks; and also features a unique purple and deep wine. Why choose one shade when you can have them all!

Lorac Pro Eyeshadow Palette

ULTA – $42

I received this palette for my birthday in November and I am in love! The palette is great for everyday looks as well as building a foundation for festive holiday looks this season. This is a great starter palette, but your makeup junkie friends will love you for getting your hands on this hot item!

Sonia Kashuk Brushes

Not sold online at Target but can be found at participating stores. – $34.99

I went to Detroit and Miami for my birthday week and I left my makeup brushes at home (cue dramatic music). So I went to Target and picked up some Sonia Kashuk brushes that my friend Morenike ( pointed out to me. I had never tried this particular brand before… But I am hooked for life! The brushes are so soft and great for blending. This particular set is limited edition so act fast! I will admit that the brushes do shed a lot but most natural hair brushes DO shed (at least that’s what Morenike told me) and for the price for 10 brushes I think I can deal with a little shedding.

Artís Brushes

Artís Brush Elite, Mirror Ten Brush Set – $275

If you do your own makeup daily you may benefit from this particular brush style. These perpendicular brushes allow you to get a lot closer to the mirror during makeup application. These are on my personal wish list and I can’t wait to test them out!

Fashion For Her

June Ambrose Gold “Harlow” Peep toe Wedge

June by June Ambrose Harlow – $79.95

Need I say more? These Harlow wedges are from the June by June Ambrose collection and can be purchased at

Accessories For Her

GabrielandCo Rings

This past weekend I attended the first installment of “Behind The Crown” a networking event put together by celebrity hair stylist and YouTube guru Tiarra Monet. I had the pleasure of working alongside a lovely woman by the name of Oyinkansola. While scrolling through her Instagram (@oyincansoda) I came across these beautiful rings…

Gabriel & Co. – $$$$

IKR!!! The rings are from a company called GabrielandCo. All I have to say is… Go get you some!

Glint by Gayle

Glint by Gayle – $35 to $75

Natosha Gayle has always been somewhat of an accessory connoisseur… She had been doing se by request only sales in the past via email but now she has launched an official site with some truly unique statement pieces as well as some fan favorites and for that we thank her.

Career Building For Her

One on One with Mia Ray

I know some of my readers are bloggers as well. Especially the ones who may have attended the Behind The Crown event. If you have a small blog, website or business you will definitely benefit from this gift. The session with Mia (successful business owner and blogger) will give you a great starters guide to getting the most out of your intended goals. There’s a huge sale going on now for half of the session price. (Don’t say I didn’t warn you) In the meantime if you just want to keep up with her be sure to subscribe to her blog, if you haven’t already.

Email her to book your appointment today!

I think that’s enough for now tell me what’s on your wish list this year in the comments below. I would’ve to hear what you want to get… Who knows I may just get it for you.
